The south Jersey real estate market is already off and running this year, so I wanted to stop by with a quick update on what’s happening in our market and what it means to you.

Our team has already sold 44 homes, and we’ve noticed a few things already this year. Just last week we had 116 total showings for our available listings. Out of these 116 showings, we’ve had six sales and three are currently being negotiated.

This all means that the buyers are out and there is a ton of demand for homes.

 

If you’re thinking about selling your house,

you won’t find a better time than now.

 

Now that it’s March, you should know that we sell more homes in March than any other month. If you’re thinking about selling your property, you don’t want to miss the window in the next 60 days where we’ll have a huge amount of demand from people looking to buy your house.

So far this month in Ocean City by itself, 67 homes have sold and the average number of days they spent on the market was 67. The average sale price was $606,000. It’s a strong market and anyone thinking about making a move should act soon.
