Welcome back to Jeff Quintin TV! Today I’m coming from the beautiful Monte Carlo Casino to bring you Ocean City’s market update. So far, 56 homes have been sold in Ocean City this month with the average days being on market at 119 and the average price of those homes being $419,000.
Also, there have been 47 homes under contract this month with the median sales price being $399,000. From here, my wife and I are traveling to Paris. I will have the rest of the update then! Thanks for watching and I look forward to our call being the best call of your day.
