Today we’re going to discuss what we like to call “pocket listings.” A pocket listing simply means that the homeowner wants to sell the home, but they don’t want to put it on the MLS for the buying public.
If you want to sell without telling the whole world about it, pocket listings are a great option for you. We keep it all in-house. We market to home buyers in our database, but we don’t share your home with the whole real estate community. We might not even put a sign up.

Pocket listings are a great way for us to market internally. We just need to know that if we find a buyer for you, you are 100% committed to selling. We can certainly match up some of our current buyers with your property.
